Cash donations are the most flexible and immediate way to support our work. Whether it’s a one-time gift or a monthly contribution, your donation helps us respond to urgent needs and expand life-changing programs across Southern Indiana.

2. Double Your Impact: Indiana IDA Tax Credit Program
Looking for a powerful way to give and reduce your Indiana state tax liability?
CASI participates in the Individual Development Account (IDA) Tax Credit Program, which offers a 50% state tax credit for qualifying donations. That means a $1,000 gift could reduce your Indiana tax bill by $500 — while empowering low-income individuals to save toward homeownership, education, or starting a small business.
💡 This program supports long-term financial self-sufficiency and builds generational wealth.

3. Give In-Kind: Help Fill Our Pantry and Classrooms
In-Kind donations are vital to the families we serve every day. We gratefully accept donations of new goods for two of our core programs:
Food Pantry
Help stock our shelves with nutritious, non-perishable foods for local families experiencing hunger.
- Canned fruits and vegetables
- Pasta and rice
- Peanut butter and jelly
- Shelf-stable milk
Head Start
Our Head Start programs serve children ages 0–5. Your donation helps create nurturing, educational environments.
- Diapers and wipes
- Crayons, markers, and art supplies
- New books and puzzles
Drops offs can be made, Monday through Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm at our office at 201 E. 15th St. in Jeffersonville.
